At Pipe Surgeons, we pride ourselves on conducting fixes, replacements, and inspections quickly and perfectly. If your home or business requires a total replacement of the plumbing system, look no further than Pipe Surgeons.
Types of Trenchless Solutions
We replace the plumbing pipes through a process called relining but we provide our customers with a few different options to choose from before making the fix, including:
- Total Replacement: This is a good choice if the all of the pipes are in very poor condition. While this involves breaking through the walls and floor, older homes will benefit from an increased home value, while newer homes will benefit from a new and efficient system that will continue to operate for many years.
- Exposed Replacement: This option is cost-saving because it focuses on the replacement of the exposed pipes found in basements, but it should only be considered if the unexposed pipes have been inspected and found in acceptable condition.
- PEX Piping: This option is the most flexible of the three, as it allows piping to be snaked into the existing pipes without extensive destruction to the walls and floors.
Signs of Replacement Required
Pipe materials typically last a long time, but poor maintenance can lead to accelerated deterioration. Here are some signs that indicate that the pipes may need to be replaced:
- Discolored water
- Frequent leaks
- Reduced water pressure
- Visible corrosion on the exposed pipes
Relining has the potential to be a very cost-effective solution to pipe problems as it eliminates the possibility fo recurring issues from cropping up. At Pipe Surgeons, we make it our goal to give our customers real and permanent solutions to their problems.
